On this week’s podcast episode we are joined by two of our Body members Jorja and Myrthe. They will be discussing Jorja’s recent blog created during the lockdown period with lots of tips and tricks including ways to manage our time and how to keep routine. They talk about the impact of making little things such as stopping to breathe or doing small pieces of movement in the morning a habit and how these seemingly small changes can make a big difference to how we feel.
