Shaper/Caper is delighted to welcome you to Scratch Capers, an evening of ideas, under construction, by some of Scotland’s most exciting emerging talent.

Scratch Caper showcases an impressive array of young performers, each presenting their innovative concepts and unpolished pieces in a supportive environment. Audiences will be treated to a diverse range of styles, from contemporary dance to slam poetry and music, highlighting the fresh perspectives and raw talent of emerging artists. Plus, our inspiring professional dancers will share a short excerpt from our award winning show, Small Town Boys!

The evening fosters a spirit of collaboration and creativity, allowing performers to receive constructive feedback and encouragement from both peers and attendees. As the night progresses, the energy in the room amplifies, demonstrating the importance of such platforms in nurturing the artistic voices of the next generation.
